We had a pleasant engagement with the CloudNine team for our Dec 2024 wedding. The team stepped in last minute after we parted ways with our previous planner (for the poor and unprofessional service), and in search of a new team to help out our wedding. Lenice and Venessa are lovely, hands-on, detail-oriented, and most importantly, we could feel their dedication and sincerity in making our day smooth and special!

We had our wedding in November 2024 at Mandarin Oriental Singapore, but having only about 20 pax in attendance and being located overseas up till the day of the wedding, most planners rejected our request for help. Lenice was the only one that was more than happy to assist us and more importantly quote us a fair package by stripping the unnecessary costs to fit within our budget. Since the first meeting she has over prepared for every possible outcome (e.g. sourcing beyond her preferred vendors to get what we want) and ensured that we don’t leave anything to assumptions. Up till the day of the wedding, she kept on playing an active role being the middleman between us and the vendors and all we could say is that we had no stress on the actual day. It’s been a joy for us to have worked with them and I hope many more couples reach out to them for their services!

More ReviewsLenice is amazing at what she does - she came up with the runsheet template for me and all I had to do was go through it with me on my AD itinerary, like when I want the march-in to be, when to play the vids and when to execute games.
She also oversees the set up of my decors/recep table, briefed my bridesmaid, ensure AV is duly tested and briefed to play, keeps a list of all my logistics and vendor/family/bridesmaids/groomies contacts and does all the liaising on behalf of us. She was very helpful from pre-wedding all the way up to my AD with advices based on her experience, as well as also respecting what I wanted on my wedding itself
