Bustling with couples navigating their wedding planning journey, The SingaporeBrides Wedding Fair 2025 took place for the second time this year on 16 and 17 August at Sands Expo & Convention Centre Hall D, and more than 8500 attendees at different stages of the wedding planning process immersed themselves in the event.

More than 80 wedding professionals across 17 categories gathered under one roof all weekend, impressing couples with exquisite styling while informing them of their options in executing the celebration of their lifetime. Engaging activities were in abundance, namely a hands-on wax sealing experience at Hier Goods’s live wax sealing bar and at MIRA’s scent bar, a calming wellness experience where one could mix and match essential oils to create a 5ml essential oil roll-on unique to them.

Influencers Rachel Wan and Hailey Teo were also present at the Fair on opening day, soaking in the vibrant yet blissful atmosphere before crafting their own heartfelt keepsakes at the booths. Whether planning for upcoming wedding celebrations like Rachel or satisfying curiosity and making observations for the future like Hailey, both captured impressive shots around the space and had much to be intrigued by at the Fair.

Couples who wisely chose to lock in on wedding purchases during the Fair could do so at fine deals and discounts, whether it was a venue, photographer and videographer, bridal gown or florist booking. That’s far from all—couples could have their hard wedding planning work rewarded by treating themselves to trendy drinks or bites from our food and beverage vendors, Tiong Hoe Specialty Coffee and Warabimochi Kamakura.

Cottagecore was the overarching theme of this year’s fair, a dainty lifestyle concept well-loved in recent times characterised by a whimsical, romantic aesthetic. Nature in all its flowery glory is at the core of this budding subculture, so it only made sense for expert stylist Fellow Folks to take the lead when it came to constructing the centrepiece that defined our area. To say that the monumental bouquet of blooms was breathtaking would be a stark understatement—the larger-than-life structure was successfully designed to evoke awe, wonder, and inspiration for couples taking notes during their visit.

Feelings of suspense and anticipation were also in the air. Couples who spent a minimum of $350 were entitled to a chance at the Instant Draw, where 1,017 prizes worth a total $32,000 could be won. In hopes of walking away with staycations at Changi Cove Singapore, Conrad Singapore Orchard, Grand Park City Hall, Jen Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La, Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore, Sheraton Towers Singapore and The Outpost Hotel Sentosa, dining vouchers, TADA ride vouchers or even a diamond jewellery set worth $1,400 from I-PRIMO, queues of couples in line for their turn at the gachapon machine were a common sight all weekend.

Ending off each night with a high note was the Cashback Draw, where crowds waited with bated breath as SingaporeBrides’s CEO and Founder, Mr. Ng Chin Leng, gave away a total of $30,000 in cashback over the two days to 12 lucky couples.

Prizes big or small, the first 1,000 couples to RSVP for the Fair also received an exclusive, 25th anniversary edition of our SingaporeBrides tote bag—containing 2 packets of hangover gummies from Revit, a comprehensive wedding guide and stunning pink diamond pen from ALUXE, a $50 Bouq Voucher and red packets from SingaporeBrides, as well as a customised water can.

With fair-only promotions, exclusive perks and packages and top-end vendors, wedding planning was made a breeze for soon-to-wed couples. Congratulations to all of the delighted couples who went home with prizes, and a big thank you to partners and participating vendors who made The SingaporeBrides Wedding Fair possible, and everyone who came to shop for their upcoming wedding!
