WTS: Mandarin Orchard dinner package on 9 Dec 2016, includes generous bundles

Hi everyone,

Letting go of my wedding dinner banquet on 9 December 2016 due to unforeseen circumstances.

Here are the details:

• Date: 9 December, 2016 (can be postponed to a later date subject to availability)
• Time: Cocktail reception at 7:00pm, Chinese 10-course dinner from 8:00pm
• Banquet venue: Grand Mandarin Ballroom, Mandarin Orchard Hotel
• Additional venue: free function room for solemnization if needed
• Size of banquet: 40 tables confirmed and paid for, can be increased up to 95 if needed. But cannot b reduced.

Benefits from the sign-up at wedding fair:

• Waiver of one (1) table complimentary for every 15 tables confirmed (Max 4 tables)
• Free0flow of wines for three (3) hours
• Choose either $888 nett rebate off total bill, or a complimentary second night stay in hotel's Bridal suite

Dining

• Exquisite Chinese cuisine
• Assorted soft drinks and oriental tea throughout banquet
• Welcome mocktail, cocktail nets and chips served during pre-dinner reception
• Special invitation to a dining experience for 10 guests of your choice based on confirmed menu

Beverage

• Sparkling champagne fountain with a bottle of champagne to toast
• One (1) complimentary 30-litre barrel of beer. Additional barrels can be arranged.
• Waiver of corkage for all duty-paid & sealed wines or hard liquors brought in by guests

Decorations

• Specially designed 5-tier wedding cake
• Choice of wedding themes and floral decorations

Complimentary

• Personalized signature book and wedding token box
• Choice of unique wedding favors for all guests
• Wedding invitation cards based on 80% (usually only 70%) of guaranteed guest attendance
• One (1) night stay in bridal suite with complimentary welcome amenities (Check-in: 9 Dec & check-out 10 Dec)
• One (1) day use room for your helpers
• Breakfast for two (2) at Top of the M or served in your room
• Enjoy pre-event refreshments or a post-event meal worth $100 nett
• Usage of LCD projectors & screens for photos/videos
• Car park passes for 25% (usually only 20%) of guaranteed guest attendance
• Complimentary 1 valet parking service for your bridal car (from day of check-in)

Current total payable bill for the above stands at $61,185.17 nett. I'm willing to absorb up to $5,000 on my part as an incentive.

Please note that you can even postpone the banquet to a later date as long as it is available. But you may have to increase the deposit to the hotel in this case.
