I think for now amex true rebate have promo for first 3 months 5%. You can check it out.

can go for credit cards that accumulate miles
try DBS altitude or UOB Prvi miles

Manhattan card from Standard Chartered are the most popular ones. There is an increase of people using a card from Citibank too. Can't remember the card name thou.
