Wedding lunch itinerary

Hi btbs and brides-already ,

I am intending to host a wedding lunch, however afraid that the timing would be a little tight as I was hoping gate crash, solemnisation and tea ceremony in hotel, can all be happening on the same day. I got to be at the groom house frm 9am to 11am.

I was hoping anyone can share your itinerary plans with me?
Also, Normally gates crash morning highlights would it be ready in time if I am hosting lunch?

We are also planning for our gatecrash, tea ceremony, solemnisation and wedding lunch on the same day, only difference is I would prefer tea ceremony to be done at home.

Gatecrash > HTB's house (tea ceremony) > My house (tea ceremony) > Hotel (Solemnisation) > Lunch

Will this be too rush? Will we still have time for photography along the way / at the hotel prior to lunch?

Me too! I'm planning to have solemnisation, tea ceremony and lunch/ dinner within 5 hours

Does that mean you are planning for your both sides family to your place very early in the morning to have tea ceremony and same thing after groom picks u up to his place ?

I was thinking about that but I think abit too many ppl in a house for me leh.. so thinking of doing half at home half at hotel.. hmmm

I will be going my htb's house for tea ceremony n then proceed straight to hotel for tea ceremony w my family, then solemnization, lunch.. I not having gate crash...

Yeps.. Both of our sides probably less than 10 relatives to serve tea to but the schedule seems to be really packed too. Not sure if we should do it at the hotel or maybe just do different days for ROM and AD?

Do different day means more $ and more effort. Well Bt if really too rush then that's the only way. I think I will still try to squeeze all

We have decided to do our ROM on a separate day (11/11)
