Hi Brides, i would like to ask if anyone has any idea of the cost to decorate an empty hall, for instance Asian Civilizations Museum or Raffles Hall at Fort Canning or Burkhill Hall?

If we were to hire a wedding planner, who handles the decoration, what is the price range? I would like the place to be massively decorated in special theme.
