Hi all,
Could anyone pls advise me?
My soon-to-be ex-spouse has agreed to transfer the flat to me as I have the the full custody of our child in which I only have to refund him half of what he had paid for. Currently I only have $30+K in my COF OA account. I do not wish to sell this flat yet.
HDB Purchase price : $470,000
Current HDB loan balance : $200,000
My OA account: $35K
How does HDB calculate to see if one is eligible to apply for HDB or bank loan?
I understand that buyer have to pay for admin fee, stamp duties etc in cash as well. Would I be able to waive off in special circumstance such having child custody and single mother?
Im seeking your advice as I'm worried that after I filed for divorce, i hv to settle the housing matters within 6 mths, I may ended up have to sell the house cos of my eligibility
