The entrance to a master bedroom. Full height mirror adjacent to both the toilet and wardrobe is definitely a welcoming function. Designed with a minimalist approach, the dressing area could be kept looking sleek and clutter free easily.

No frills toilet with customised mirror cum storage and glass screen. Keeping the screen frameless segregate the wet and dry area, while still keeping the feel airy and spacious.

How luxe is this kitchen? Deep gemstone colours complements the gold and contrast the wood flooring really well. And we added, a little bit of whimsy with marbled hexagon backsplash!

Didn’t your heart dropped a little at how sleek, and luxurious this looks? Using matte black for the kitchen carpentary, to contrast the white walls, and backsplash, this kitchen would look so inviting that you’d probably would want to cook everyday! Dash of gold and touches of marble on the kitchen top just added the wow factor to this simple kitchen!

As simple as it gets. Matte carpentary against the backdrop of a sleek white glass backsplash. Marbled kitchen top add just that slight drama needed in this sleek kitchen.

This three-doors wardrobe with a mix of glass and wood panels is probably the sleekest way to do a bedroom wardrobe. The addition of the glass breaks the monotony of a full black wardrobe and with the addition or a strip light inside the wardrobe, it can also function as a night light.

In between our 3D renderings, we do slot some images of completed projects like this. This kitchen peninsular that could double up as a breakfast table with an accompanying bar stool is a useful addition to a functional kitchen.

Always happy to bring down a wall for an open space kitchen! The huge island sitting in the center overlooking the kitchen space is probably an awesome layout to gather with friends. Plus, we create storage spaces under the islans so you still have space to store your knick knacks with minimal cabinets.

Where space permits, it is actually a good idea to place your dining table parallel to your living room. It allows a good flow of communication (plus, you could snitch and watch TV while having your meal), and also its a perfect set up for entertaining.

This build-in wardrobe, comes complete with dressing table and an open rack that allows you to access your day-to-day wear easily. The solid white carpentary contrast the walnut flooring and amplifies the nice grains of the wood.

Could you see how a little touch of wood warms up a monotone home of white and grey? Working with sleek and clean lines, the design gives the home a modern and almost a minimalist feel.

Because every home deserves a chance to look beautiful, regardless of how they look like before. Transforming a dated kitchen, and opening up the small space was the priority for this home. By keeping the carpentary design sleek and simple, it was made visually interesting with the usage of colours. Hacking the wall, to open up to the living area not only allow the eyes to look way beyond, it also allow lights to pass through, keeping the kitchen bright and airy!

Where space permits, add a bathtub. Not only does it gives your home a boutique hotel vibe, a bathtub is probably that one thing that you need to unwind yourself every now and then.

It is possible to bring the hotel feel into your home! The architectural design of the carpentary lend a beautiful visual while the open concept toilet with a bathtub would probably take the home owner to resort living. The deep and dark colour makes the space so cosy and inviting, balancing the nice natural light permeating through the window.

Need not much storage space? How about keeping the top of your cabinet simple with open shelving? The veinous marble backsplash became the main visual in this space, while the contrast of black gives a pop or colour in this almost all-white kitchen.

Where island is not possible, consider a kitchen peninsula. Tucked against a wall, a kitchen peninsula is more suited for tighter space, while it also double up as a breakfast area with bar stools.

There’s something about wood against a white background that makes it appealing to the eyes. The wood grain introduces textures to the space while adding a natural earthy element to an otherwise solid colour palette. If you don’t require a dining table, a kitchen peninsula like this would probably be a good idea for quick and intimate meals!

You’d probably have seen a lot of such masterbedroom layout in current BTO units. This is because, this is one layout that works given the smaller bedroom space that BTO unit provides. Space saving solutions includes having mirrored doors so that you would not need a wall to hang a mirror, and also this L-shaped wardrobe layout allows you to have bigger wardrobe in comparison to one built along the perimeter of the room.

We all heard the horror story of maintaining a white toilet. How about going grey? Soothing neutral, easy to maintain and with the marbling vein tile, it also look classy!

What a massive mirror could do to a space? Widen it. Brighten it! The usage of windows to keep the kitchen visible and yet contain the heat and grime in the space also helped to create an impression of a bigger kitchen/dining area.

We do customise furniture, like this dining table to complement the decor of the rest of this house. This 2.4m length table is not only spacious to sit 8 guests, but is also customised to be of the same width as the island so that the homeowner could merge it together when hosting guests for more table space! So light, it could almost pass off as a Japanese home. Light coloured wood paired with white is so soothing in the eyes that you hardly need to don the home with any accessories. Keeping the design minimalist and modern, the wood grains also lends texture to the space while providing a subtle contrast to the solid white.

As simple as it can be! The TV unit with a niche to hide unsightly wires, and storage all around became the focal point of this living room. Keeping the carpentary is white so that it “disappears” into the wall, gives an impression of a wider house that is also bright and airy!

In a tight interior, you can always create space by using sliding doors, and full height mirror. Keep the colour tones quiet and muted so that the room does not look cluttered.

Galley style kitchen provides ample storage for the current HDB kitchen layout. While it may feel closed off, selecting light colours help create an impression of a spacious kitchen. Keep the design simple and uncluttered to further create a clean look in the space.

We always love the addition of wood textures against plain surfaces, matte against gloss, and solids against patterned designs. The contrasts in materials always keep a space visually interesting while giving it character. Just ensure that there is a running theme to tie in the whole concept together!

We work alot with neutral and natural tones in interiors because these palette are able to withstand trends over time. They are flexible and adaptable to almost any changes in design that home owners would implement in the future. Here, the wood against the soft greys provide a perfect backdrop for punches of colours in accessories.

Did you know that mixing shapes in home decor helps keep the space look interesting? While the design in the living room is kept simple and minimalistic, the right accessorising in the right sizes prevent the space from looking mundane.

Functionality meets aesthetic in this simple toilet design. Providing storage for “seldom used” items under the sink and “frequently used” items in the mirror cabinet. Dress the toilet with display shelves and inject a touch of luxe with marbling on the vanity top.

A high contrast design in black and white do help make a toilet look extraordinary! Play with shapes, and lines to help keen the design interesting and again, the usage of marbles just to keep everything look that little bit... extravagant!

Balance in design is critical in order to create a space that is easy on the eyes, and yet visually interesting. The usage of hexagon tiles as backsplash creates a busy backdrop, but balance that with carpentary in solid colours, and you’ll get a kitchen that is just about right!

Let’s play a game! Is this a 3D drawing, or an actual photo of a project we recently completed? Light oaks are always amazing to be used in the kitchen. Lightly coloured to keep the space bright, and yet natural enough to give the kitchen warmth!

Is there anything wrong with monotony and being minimalistic? Having an uncluttered space is normally supported by clean and simple design that is functional. Here, we created cove lighting that allowed us to put downlights as well in instances the home owner needs the home to be brighter on certain occassions. Sleek and clean design, playing with the contrast of gloss and matte surfaces ensures that the design is elevated and not just another minimalist home.

And as sleek as it could be. Frill free, with strong focus on functionality, the living/dining in an open concept is really perfect for home owners who love to hosts a party! The dark grey provides a nice contrast without being as stark as deep black.
