Suggestions for solemnisation venues

Hi dears, any suggestions for solemnisation venues?

Preferably a venue with nice views or by the poolside. With lunch or buffet easily catered or included.
Guests less than or around 10 pax.
Budget <$100 per pax.

Was looking at Fullerton Bay Pods. However, minimum pax required is 25 pax I think :|

Get a chalet and do it. Buffet, settle. :) thats what im gonna do it in feb 14.

Haha I prefer a place with nicer view and no need to clean up after that.

Had wanted to have a small close affair with family only initially. But currently, may consider Peony Jade at Keppel Club suggested by Sherlin and invite some close friends to the ROM to make up 20pax, hee :)

I suggest your friend's condo or relative; you can booked the function room or just talked to the management office if you can use the space.

Jewelbox has a very pretty little garden and nice view from a good decent altitude for your consideration too. I had mine in march just past :)

i can book my place's function room. but that would mean we have to liaise the deco, catering and other solemnisation logistic stuff separately ourselves.. :/ a restaurant/club/hotel would be more convenient.

the pricing in the package is the food menu at least you have to take for having dinning at private room or main hall.

oh so we just have to pay for the no. of tables we book eg. $1096++ for 2 tables under the 'Grand Affairs' solemnisation lunch package. The venue usage and other stuff are free/included already?
Solemnisation table with 5 chairs, a ring pillow & a pen set.

One fresh floral centrepiece for Solemnization table.

Complimentary sash tie-backs for 5 VIP chairs.

Ivory Organza drapes along the Gazebo complete with flowers (applicable only for

Solemnization by the Sea)

did u manage to bargain any other perks in ur package? :D

I'm also looking for a simple, hassle free venue for the solemnisation. I don't really want to do it at the ROM office as I find it unromantic lah. I have a total budget for venue + food at $500 for less than 10 pax including me and my fiance. Does anyone have a suggestion or idea where can I find something simple. I was thinking of booking a hotel junior suite for a night - that way everyone can be comfortable and we don't need to rush - I can do my makeup and get ready all in the room. And then we all proceed to the hotel buffet. What do you think?

same here! i want something simple yet not the ROM office.
but i think $500 hard to get a nice suite? what's more, not all hotels allow for solemnisation in the room.

Was thinking of chalet too. Wanna make it casual and easy for my guests and myself. Any idea if NSRCC provides such ROM catering/services at their chalets?

iirc, you have to liaise with the food caterer and ROM deco/other logistics yourself.

I think Fullerton Bays Floating Pod for an intimate event is quite ideal. The view is nice. Took a tour the other day. 118 per pax. Min 20 people
