btw whats the lowest floor ur bf can accept? cos till now only 7 units are taken up for those units facing south.

I guess I'll just wait and see what are the units available. Because we might look into resale at the west side of singapore if we're not getting SV but come to think of it, BTO flats are really cheap.

For the benefit of those who want to calculate take up rate, my queue number is 133, appointment is at 9am tomorrow. 74 units taken up as of today. That means that take-up rate is about 60%. Pretty low. Please help to verify my calculations.

and also this oct got 2 HDB sales too..
so ppl just gave up cos they got more option...

Actually many ppl gif up is normal. Lin is also rite that there are other BTO and they may get a better quene than SV. Dun worry it is normal we still have around 900 people to take up.

Based on the current uptake, I guess numbers in fact after 664 (332 x 2) have a chance for selection. Just depending on the likings of one for the remaining units.

Only the 2nd floor units above the rubbish chute can smell the rubbish odours.

Majority of the people are snapping up on the south units! Maybe you can see the remaining units on 19 Oct night and decide accordingly?

That was what I did.

from my understanding, I guess the $2000 you paid will be forfeited and if you are a 1st timer, your benefits as a 1st timer will also be 'banned' for a year.

People, correct me if i'm wrong ya...

I gave up my booking last year too.

2K will be forfeited but your 1st timer priority will not be gone. You have to give up 2 times before your 1st timer priority is lost.
