To all brides-to-be, I have recently been informed by Story Wedding that I've won a lucky draw worth $1,299 Pre-Wedding package. They said we are one of their lucky draw winners from all their wedding showcases. Upon notifying us of this prize, we have not been informed that there are Terms and Conditions to note.
We went ahead and arrange with them for an appointment but one day before the scheduled appointment, they called us to inform of their company policy and that is "This prize is only valid for loyalty customers. You will have to sign a package with us first before you can redeem this prize."
They are not an honest company and I'm puzzled how willing are they in giving out this lucky draw prize. After all, it is just a sales tactic employed by Story Wedding to entice couples in taking up their service. If that is it, please be upfront in the first place. None of the T&C was mentioned during our correspondences nor when we enquired about the prize package.
Just for sharing as I do not want other brides-to-be to fall to such sales gimmicks.
