I just went to SA in July with my wife. In general is a nice place . Took quite a number of photos. johannesburg is not a safe place compare to cape town....must be careful.

I'm planning HM to SA next Mar 08. Not taking any package, will self-drive. Plan to reach Cape Town and drive along Garden route. The fly to Johannesburg for Safari. Any thing to look out for? We r not going Sun City. hehe...

Think there is no need for any jab; unless u r going to Country sides in SA. Correct me if I'm wrong. We are going in Mar & everything planned.
