Hi you can check out il lido over at sentosa golf club. not sure about the price but you can check out their website and call them up. great view overlooking the south china sea. hope it helps!

btw, any venue somewhere in town is good? cos i feel that town area more accessible.

do you like Italian food? for town you can check out forlino (il-lido sister restaurant) the view is uber awesome with fantastic view of mbs, the helix bridge etc. however, it really depends on what kind of food you like. for me i prefer italian food, and personally forlino serves up the best, and together with the great view, makes for a fantastic place for events.

U can try Seletar country club. Their outdoor tavern which is beside the full golf course and also their eagle view ballroom (indoor) with balcony so u can get to see the full view of golf course. Within your budget too!
