shou slimming vs slim couture

hi all brides to be - i'm currently looking at a few slimming centres and have narrowed down to shou vs slim - anyone tried any/both and can let me know the pros and cons ?

i just got off the phone with slim couture and they said i have a 5% discount if i manage to find someone who is an active client. so trying my luck here
