Hello Gals!!!
Thanks everyone for your well-wishes and blessings!
I'm so blessed to have an awesome wedding! WOW... What can i say, it was fantastic and I had a lot of fun and very good memories. Only problem is the Hotel promised to give us a decorated grand stairway with nice ribbons but it wasn't delivered on that day. Other than that, I'm pretty happy with their service (my banquet manager was Murugan, and he was efficient & great!) and the food. I'm happy that even the vegetarians enjoyed the vegetarian food and said it was one of the best vege food they had for wedding. Other guests said the food was good too.
Now that I'm back, I hope to share and contribute back to this forum as I've benefited from it in the past. If I've missed out any questions, pls forgive me and just ask me again ok!
I got my wines from this supplier called Lynch. Need to call Clare (very nice lady boss, her hubby is french) before you go for wine tasting. They carry french wines and we got this wine called Shiras (sorry I can't rembr how to spell but think it's pronounced this way). Very smooth and not too siap-siap (dry). Cost me $19.80/bottle. No consignment allowed. My guests enjoyed it.
As mine was a Saturday lunch so the menu was different. Fish was not too bad during my food tasting, just that by the time I ate it during the actual day, I could taste the fishy smell (maybe cold liao that's why).
Hi Hanxi, I had 18 tables, they gave me Grand Ballroom 1 & 2. I'm very happy to have this Ballroom as the ceiling is high and pillarless for my guests to witness my Solemnisation Ceremony. Think you can arrange a discussion with the wedding coordinator to see if they can package something for you.
