saw good & bad comments : -
im an SG Bridal bride.. Don't worry about hidden costs, they are very clear about their costs
one like extra corsages, extra poses.. All the extras they will indicate on a paper which they will
attach to your receipt (u can also ask them to photocopy it for you so you can keep).. So there's
no worry about being charged for something you din know u have to pay.. On ur part, whichever
BS u go to, just make sure they write everything they say in black and white.. If there are MTM
gowns involved, ask about the materials and what kinda materials need extra charge. If it's OTR,
ask if there is only the 'normal range' you can select cos some places charge extra for their
'premium/vip range' (SG Bridal dun have, all gowns on the rack you can choose) With
everything written clearly, less unhappiness will happen.. =) hope this help u my friends...Hope

nice @ 1st.. but aft my photo selection tat i din top-up, she's like heck-care-me feeling..
Called her previously, she will say 'i check for you, i call you bk..' but nv call back til few
days later, i call her again..

ermmm i am taking a overseas wedding package already and buy some pics which may make up to about 2k. however i need actual day gowns rental, would like to take a few more pics to make some small albums etc. i thinking of taking sg bridal cause is cheaper than sg bridal shops so it wont come up to so ex. is this advisable?

w3n -- I also took pics in Taiwan.. Album only.. Also spent abt 2k.. It's actually more worth it to just take their normal package with the AD gowns and the PS cos I went with a friend to SG Bridal to ask abt AD gowns package only before and the diff between both the normal package and the AD gowns only package isn't very big..

So I suggest u take the normal RM4288 package and you'll kill 2 birds with 1 stone.. Ur AD stuff as well as another photoshoot.. =)

i and some friends used to one freelance MUA ... we paid S$150 during functions ... most of the B&G parents also engaged her service depends on her schedule ... She only accept order 1 - 2months before AD. if you need help ... i can help to check it out... btw,,, 淑玲 whats charges?

thanks dione. my budget for wedding shoot is about 3k SGD at most thats y i may not take the overseas wedding shoot le. might sort just do everything with sg bridal.

anyone knows if sg bridal is joining the wedding fair in jb during first week of mar? i heard venus and fables all got join. but sg bridal de website is down and i cant see. anyone got their email?

Hi... I read that Sg bridal provides transport from jb custom to their shop. Has anyone taken before? Those who don't drive, how else can we get there?

Hi TL, my HTB and I drive to SG Bridal but I have heard from other SG Bridal BTBs that you can arrange for them to pick u up from the Malaysia Customs..

Not sure how else you can go there.. Maybe a cab? it's about 5 mins away from the customs.

I was at SG Bridal yesterday to chose my gown and they provided me transport to city square (bf's dad wasnt free). Think you just have to call SG bridal to make an appt before you go down so that they can arrange the transport.

By the way brides, what do i need to prepare for my indoor/outdoor shoot? May i know if the bouquet of flowers i see in the indoor and outdoor shoot,is provided by SG or do we have to bring it ourselves? Ivy only mention to bring bubbles and rose petals if i want to..

if u are thinkin of bringing your own stuff like flowers, bubbles, balloons or your own props, u can bring along n let your coordinator know.. so that she can inform the Photographer..
the flowers are actually provided by sg unless u wan your own.. the flowers are fake by the way.. oh ya, for outdoor shoots, it's better to bring sun block n insect repellent.. mosquitoes n the sun can kill.. wear a pair of dull coloured slippers so that u can walk wif it when u are takin the outdoor pics.. the nice nice heels are sometimes not needed..

hi misspiggy, ya like what xinyi said, sun block is v v important..i only put 1 thin layer once and end up v sunburnt..so u put thicker and apply more frequent if possible..

prepare manicure for ur nails, some close up shot can see them..can bring ur teddy bear for indoor if u wan..haha i brought mine =p
i wore button shirt so easier to change the gown since my MUA help me makeup first before i change to the gown..and bring ur wedding band/diamond ring..

i jus saw my photos last weekend and m v happy and satisfied!!! will upload to fb soon..hee
