Hi guys, I'm selling a loose diamond I bought from JamesAllen meant as my proposal ring but am now selling due to a r/s that didn't work out. Here's the specs for the diamond :

Type : Round , Loose Diamond

Diamond Cost : USD$ 2,150 = SGD$ 2,620 (Exchange Rate : 1.22)
Fedex Tax Charge : SGD$ 200 (applicable for direct shipment above SGD$ 400)
Total Purchase Price : SGD$ 2,620 + SGD$ 200 = SGD$ 2,820
Current Retail Price from mass retailers like Soo Kee, Vivo, Lee Hwa : above SGD$ 4,000 and more.
My Selling Price : SGD$ 2,200 inclusive of original GIA Cert and onsite appraisal.
Note :
1) This is a single loose diamond, so you'll still need to get a jeweller or retailer to set the ring in a setting/pattern that your future wife likes.
2) Selling Price includes an on-the-spot diamond appraisal by Nan Yang Gemological Institute at Scotts Rd for added assurance.
3) Sale also includes original GIA Certificate sent with the diamond with below information :
- GIA Worldwide Certificate No.
- Cut Grade : Excellent
- Polish : Excellent
- Symmetry : Excellent
