ROM and Holy Mat Seperate

I'd like to hold it separately.

Anyone can advice

1. ROM: To use the venue at ROM, I would still need to engage my own JP? Or will there be a JP allocated to me when i book a date.

2. Holy Mat: Any Pastors (non-JPs are also ok), that are open to officiate the Holy Matrimony portion? My church doesn't allow ROM and Holy Mat to be separate but together. But due to paperwork, I need to do the signing first.

i think for question 1, jp will be allocated to you when u book the date. only if u hold outside of rom than u got to find ur jp in advance. Basically u go rom on the day itself than got some declaration etc at the counter than u get ur queue number for the rom ceremony to be held in the room at the right side (from entrance). but u can double confirm the information on rom.gov.sg. They are pretty detailed on the process.

Is there a reason why you want to hold it separately? Is it because of the HDB?
