Went down to RWS look at the ballroom. Very huge and high ceiling. They are having promotion now till 28 Feb 2011, with every 15 tables confirmed will get 1 tables free, I think is a good deal cos save S$1300 at least. My wife to be also like the ballroom due to high ceiling and with private foyer. We are shortlist RWS one of our dinner venue.

Please enlighten me? Where in RWS is the wedding held? Is it at one of the 6 hotels they have? Or at the Casino there?

hi there, they have Leo Room for small wedding banquet like 20 to 35 tables max. For the Compass Ballroom they can split into 3 ballroom, each ballroom can take up to 100 tables. My wedding banquet will be at West Ballroom which is can take up to 120 tables as per Thomson

Hi, has anyone attended or done a wedding at the comoass ballroom? For 2/3 of the ballroom, is 45 tables too little? As in will it look too spacious that it looks bare and empty for such a large ballroom?

Hi! Has anyone held a wedding banquet at RWS ballrooms, or attended any weddings there?

I heard that for the Compass ballroom, it will probably be split into a few ballrooms so there may be multiple weddings happening at the same time. Was wondering if will be messy as the reception area will probably be alongside the other weddings?

Also, is it likely that we will be able to hear the other weddings since its just partitioned away?
