juz got played out by an owner tdy.. made us wait more than 1 week for ans then now tell us don't want to sell anymore.. so pissed off. hope he cannot sell his flat

my flat is the 4th bus stop from the interchange. my unit is on the 11th floor, highest is 12th.

i have renovated it abit about 3-4years ago..both rooms are with aircon.

Hmmm.. I just wonder how many of the above parties managed to transact without an agent, as many above mentioned 'no agents pls'... Is it really so easy to DIY? All the hassle and documents and trips to lawyers and HDB for submissions. Is it really worth the time, instead of just paying someone to do it, and what's more that person can be 'at yr beck and call'? Imagine if u do it wrongly and the dates got delayed... Hmmm... I just wonder...
