Recommendations for Teeth Whitening

Need recommendations on tried-and-tested dental clinic (dentists) for teeth-whitening treatment...

Heard that there are 2 kinds.
1. Take Home Kit (i.e. DIY at home)
2. Chair-side Whitening (i.e. one-time treatment performed by the dentist)

Can share your experience and recommendations?

i did chair-side whitening for about 1 hour. very good effect! tho will be a bit sensitive for few days. but settles down in less than a week.

I've tried a lot of teeth whiteners and I'm currently living in the states and the drugstore brands of teeth whiteners actually work really well for me. I'm currently taking orders for Crest White 3D professional effects and seeing if i can ship it to Singapore. If anyone is interested in it, I have thread going on in the marketplace section under others. Look for "Crest White" and you're bound to find it!

i swear by Opalescence. I had my first treatment back in 2004 and till today many of my friends commented that i have super white teeth. but the v v funny thing was i only have enough budget to do the upper row of my teeth since my lower wont show much when i smile hahahha. last 2 yrs i wanted to do my lower row since its been years and i called up my old orthodontist but the nurse said they dont sell it over the counter and neither do they accept consultations just for teeth whitening. (they gave me Opalescence since i did my braces with them in 2002) so anyway i managed to get it @ DP Dental clinics. but since the last time i did was in 2004, i had to remake the tray for it which costs me 100 +. actually im not v disciplined w this but on n off i wear my tray and use the whitening gel overnight. still maintaining white teeth my lower row of teeth has also improved hehehe :B
