Hi everyone. We need some advice regarding the current predicament we are in.
We signed with this bridal studio in Dec 30 and was told to pay the full amount for us to secure the year end promo price. And they gave us a "discount". So the package was $8888.
And just recently we found one of their advertisement that is offering the same items we are getting but 1 or 2 extra things. And the promo price is 4000+.
We feel very cheated regarding this kind of tactic. Is this common in the industry? And is it possible for us to renego the price? As looking through the invoice there is portions to pay 50% deposit upon signing and the subsequent 30-20% after.. But the sales person made us pay full due to securing the promo rate.
