any recommendation shop to buy a proposal ring? i am in a tight budget..my budget is around 5K.

with this budget,what kind of ring do i able to purchase?

Hi!! budget of 5K is not tight i would say! can buy quite a good diamond ring! =)

My HTB bought his at Felice Jewellery Pte Ltd located at toa payoh.

my htb got a 0.83carat diamond ring, triple excellent, D color and VS1 in less than 9k. =)

you can even msg her to ask her about the diamonds. she is very helpful. =)

I heard of jannpaul before..do they have certificate for the diamond?

do they have installment plan for purchasing?

Yup. Mine ring have GIA cert.

As for installments , I think they have.. Got to check with them..

You should be able to get a good to average quality 0.6 carat to 0.7 carat. Recommend eClarity, the boss should be able to recommend a good piece for you.
