Hi everyone,

I recently watched a documentary on Netflix - "What The Health" and it had my husband and I really thinking more carefully about our lifestyle and eating habits.

I was wondering whether anyone had made the switch to a plant based diet. Do you have any tips or feedback on your experience? Any recommended sites, videos or reading materials to further learn about this?

What a catchy phrase.
Well.. I haven't reached that stage where I go full veg.
I just feel that we should have a balance of both bah. Don't go both extremes will do fine.
Drink lots of water and less sugary drinks etc etc.

Start with the clear objectives on why would you like to go on vegetarian diet. Set your mind and work towards it. U may start with half-day(breakfast). And subconsciously make an effort to avoid animal product for the remaining day.

Balance your diet with Fruits and veges and beans.

Habits are created and getting used to it.
