Hi,
anyone has recommendations for personal trainer (fitness) for women?
Looking to burn fat and build lean muscle.

What are the rates like? And where are the sessions held?
Is there a shorter duration like maybe 10 sessions first, and then add on more after that if you find it works well for you?

Have you tried the BBG workout? Takes some discipline, but it works pretty well for me!

my friend's PT is from UP. definitely on the pricey side but considering that the sessions are held at their gym + guaranteed results, i think it might be worth the shot

I would believe that we can start off by moving/ exercising actively before consulting a professional.

a half an hour job every alternate day will definitely help w slimming. Unless diet is uncontrolled.

If you are happy to change meal plans and workout. Will try to work according to your budget too.
