oh... she's a British artiste so she's not very publicised in S'pore. what's liu xing hua yuan? solee, i dunno much about chinese. it's good to use unusual songs, not like the usual shania twain, 98 degrees etc...

i've watched Meteor garden (liu xing hua yuan) n got to noe the song.
i love it! in fact, i love all of the songs played during the show..i also bought the soundtrack.
well, i have intention to play it during my wedding dinner too!

I've actually used the song for my ROM video. Was hesitant to use it at 1st cos it's just so individual, focussing on the gal's point of view. My videographer surprised me after she learnt that I adore it by including the song as a separate segment in our video.

the 2 weddings i attended in this month had played "perfect moment" during the march-in, not bad except that if the march-in to stage is not long enough, only part of the song is played.

'She' isn't by Fei Xiang.. he just likes to do a cover of the song. The original is by Burt Bacharach but you can find 2 versions on the Notting Hill soundtrack.

Btw, do you stop the march-in song after both of you have marched in or just soften it and let it play in the background? Do u march in to the stage or wat?

i think "perfect moment" is the same as "this is the moment" cos by same singer. ive done a search n i get the same songs.

for me, i let the march-in song continue but softer cos definitely better than stopping it abruptly rite? as for marchin to the stage, think tat's the norm cos u proceed to cut the cake after the march-in unless u hav other ideas.
