I am urgently looking for a good and reliable part time help to come to my place (Sengkang) once a week for about 3-4 hrs each time. Looking only for locals or PRs to do general cleaning, changing of bedsheets, cleaning of window grilles once a mth.

Hi everyone,

Besides these recommended above, do you know of any other part-time cleaning agencies that charges a flat monthly rate? Coz if there's 5 weeks in that month... ouch.

I pay an aunty to come in once a month, but she's really unreliable. In 2 years, our weekly cleaning day has changed without notice from Saturday, to Mon, to Tue, then Wed. Then now it's totally see-her-mood. She has a handphone, she has our numbers. Not a call. Even if I call her when waiting for her to arrive, she don't pick up or return missed calls. But because she's a nice Chinese aunty in person, it's hard to tell her off. Say nicely, no use.

So frus!

Please... Anyone with a RELIABLE person or agency to recommend, please do! Pref someone I can treat like a professional and give a schedule of cleaning tasks to.

Hello. I have tried getting maids from a cleaning company but did not like the constant change of cleaners that they sent.

My current part-time maid of 9-months is an agency called A-Team Amahs. The same cleaning lady is assigned to me and she is paid directly by me and I guess that's why she works longer too.

Thinking of hiring a house cleaning service (or "part-time maid") for a one time thorough cleaning of a semi-D (seletar area) and a HDB (hougang area). Not sure what are the market rates like?

Anyone can recommend a good company, good serivce, good rates....preferably one that you have tested out yourself b4 and satisfied with the service.

Thinking of trying out a one-time spring-cleaning service first. If it turns out well, maybe will request for those weekly service....

domestic1 is a pt maid agency. Their charges r cheaper than A-team but not sure whether they r as good.

Will prefer a freelance anyime, as they r cheaper

btw, i have called Alice, recommended by someone here. but she stays at tampines and finds working in sembawang too far.

Hi all..mine is a 3-bedder condo...just started her services on Sat, 1-Mar.

For the first session, I must say she done an excellent job..I never felt a flooring that's squeakly clean before..

i think $250 is the price for private condo, maybe 3 BR type. Should be lower for HDB flats. I am using Domestic1 now, wun recommend anyone using it.
