Dear all,
To begin with, I'm quite sympathetic with all the hotel reviews. Sure, there may be hiccups here and there but to have these types of reviews shows that we as Singaporeans or PR's have to be so low with ransacking our brains for all these complaints just to get a discount from the hotel?
Everyone knows that the service industry has been affected by the recent cutting of manpower in order for locals to work but obviously, none of us locals wants to work in these kind of low paying jobs and facing demanding consumers.
For once, if we imagine that's someone else's rice bowl that we are going to put sand in, clearly shows what type of "compassionate" people we are.
Think back gals and I'm going ahead to book if the perks that any other hotels can't seem to match but I will still weigh the pros and cons. To tell you all the truth, I have fallen in love with the Phoenix Ballroom and clearly, I'm celebrating my wedding and not running a business. Believe in this philosophy, a wedding is to 'SHARE' joy with your close family and friends and it is not to 'SHARE' cost.
If you believe in this, I'm very sure our short fallen service industry people out there will appreciate everyone better and they will feel better to serve you.
"Be Served or to Serve?"
Think the food chain. It goes round and round.
