Hi,

Agreed with the rest. Neo garden is good. I have used them for all occassion. Wedding, baby full month, 1yr birthday etc. Old people like their food also. And they are very punctual!

I have a friend who used them for all their family occassion. But decided to change to another one caterer. But she regretted so much. cos her whole family suffer from diarrhoa with anothter caterer

My brother actually engaged them for mini buffet (those cost $15 per head and minimum must order for 20 pax)on my niece's birthday. Though the food came in microwavable containers, but they were still warm... The curry chicken is nice, spicy! Yummy!

hi butter

i am looking at their mini buffet as well, just wondering they put all the food in those plastic containers or in the disposable aluminium foil trays? Is their servings sufficient for 20 pax or more than enuf?

Hi luzon,
I remembered that all the food were placed in those plastic containers... not in trays....
Their servings is more than enough... There were lots of left overs that day after the party... Or maybe, we didn't eat a lot... but the food is really yummy!

This is all I can remember... I highly recommend the 1st 2 dishes... hee hee...

Hi

Has anyone tried Neo Garden in the last three months or so?

Like to know how is the food quality & portion?

They seemed to have quite good reviews, thinking of using them...

Thanks!

Hi hedwig

I just used them for my housewarming at end of Jul. They provide very good customer service ie. calling you a few times prior to the actual event to confirm the food and offer extra advice. on my housewarming, they came half an hr early to set up the buffet table.

and most of my guests said that the food is excellent and asked for the caterer's name

I intend to use them for my AD's buffet...

Hi,

Has anyone tried Deli Hub? It is a subsidiary of Neo Garden. Both are sharing the same office building. Deli Hub is halal and Neo Garden is non-halal. DH just opened less than 1 yr. So they are now having a promo at 15% discount to some of the buffet menus. I went to DH and tried the food. It is yummy. Same standard as Neo Garden. Hope when they make in big quantity, it will still be as nice. I am having it for my church wedding.

had deli hub for my church wedding last week. My guests commented that the food is very nice. THe first to be gone is the choc eclair. got leftover food, my guests were "fighting" to "tabao" back the food. My MIL is very happy. SHe commented that the food is good. Service also very good.. Deco not bad.

My home catering is by BEST Catering also by Neo Garden. It's very good. The Yang Chow Fried Rice is also very nice.

No regrests with Neo garden and their subsidiaries. I will definitely engage them again in my future functions.

hi Apple,

Their menu is quite comprehensive & even for a 'Chicken' item, u get to select how it is done. Here's their URL: www.neogarden.com.sg

Select a menu based on budget & u will certainly be spoilt for choices

Hi Shuhann,

My fav is Rendang Chicken. Tried this & their curry chicken, & rendang chicken totally beats the former hands down.
At my cousin's wedding she ordered black pepper chicken, also very yummy! By far the fav dessert amongst my relatives is BoBo ChaCha

My wedding just over on 19 Nov 2005. Had Deli Hub Catering (Halal version of Neo Garden) which is Neo Garden subsidiary. Very good comments from our guests. Some even ask who is the caterer and ask for Neo's contact number for their own Christmas Party buffet. Highly Recommended. I will definitely use Neo again for my future functions.

Hi girls,
Considering whether to use Neo Garden as well. Did u all get them for church wedding? How is the layout and presentation of the food, as well as food portions? Are there any recommended dishes? Any person tt u would recommend me to liaise with? Sorry for the many questions. Just starting out on my search for a caterer... =)

The presentation I heard not that great.

But i had tried their food on baby's first month twice..not bad...their curry is sedap!

Usually for church...set up is required. For me, I will chose a caterer that does goos set up too.

I still have not finalise my yet..but have shortlisted a few..
