Need advise. I want to divorce my HB. We have 1 kid 4yrs old. He went to jail in early 2014 n out last yr. We din stay tgt since end of 2013. We got our BTO last year. He pay only the upfront payment aft tt monthly im paying thru my CPF. I ask him to give up e flat n trsf to mi as the kid maintenace. Cos he wont pay e maintenance as his previous marriage he also din pay.
