Need advise, simple ROM in SG, "2nd" ceremony in JB

Hi all, would like to get some advice.
I will be having a simple ROM in sg where all the paper work will be settle.
I will also be holding a simple beach "ceremony" at desaru for my Malaysian family and relative. I am lost in terms what will the event be like for my beach ceremony. If going by the standard way, it will be just like a ROM process where the JP will be orchestrating the whole event, me walking down the aisle and giving our vows exchanging rings.
Have anyone had any experience? I don't think I need to get a malaysia JP since there is not a need to formalize again? That said, just get an emcee or best friend to help officiate ?

You need to have a license JP to officiate the ROM. Do you mean you will be getting your married cert in ROM? And you are planning for a beach wedding in desaru?

SG ceremony is settle, straightforward at ROM itself. So we are official after June 6th.
Yes, we are planning for another beach wedding just for my malaysian family and relatives.
If going by the traditional chinese style, will be the standard banquet "procedure". However, we are just planning for a "re-run" of the bride walk-in to the groom, exchange vows and rings. Just lacking someone (usually its the JP that helps with the process).

Since official is done. I doubt there's a need to repeat again. My gf who had her wedding in both sg and malaysia also do that. Meaning for malaysia family and relatives, it mainly just dinner but they still go up to stage to do cake cutting, champagne pouring and thank you speech. No exchanging of vows or ring.

Thanks for sharing! Yes, what you mentioned would be the usual "chinese banquet" process. We wanted to keep things simple, hence there will be no banquet. Because our ROM will also be a simple session, we did not invite anyone too. We are thinking of "what we can do" for our beach ceremony, the only idea we had was, to do it as if it was the actual, but we are unsure how can we execute it, hoping to hear suggestions or experiences if any one also went through the same thing. :)

should be the same except the location at the beach instead. i think beach difficult to arrange those chinese set banquet menu. maybe something causal like butler service canapes, tapas and other small bites. in between schedule a thank you speech, cut caking and pop champagne? Another alternative is to arrange buffet and those low beach table n benches for guest.

yup yup. our package is just a short 2hr session with canapes and its in the morning. definitely not the chinese set banquet.
we dont really fancy any thank you speech or something and also trying to visual this, i cant picture how does these flow through.

The best situation seems to be a re-enactment of an ROM where the bride walks in, have someone to "officiate", say vows, exchange rings and end off we have no idea how to execute it either.
