Need advice

Hi all, need some advice here, we will be holding our solemnisation and wedding banquet on different dates, solemnisation in 2019 while banquet in 2020.

So for my tea ceremony should it be :

Solemnisation + tea ceremony; then banquet
Or
Solemnisation; then tea ceremony + banquet ?

i'm also doing mine separately, will be doing solemnisation first in july. then the customary (+tea ceremony) with banquet in oct.
