Need Advice on Cancellation of Wedding Dinner

Hi all,

I have decided to give up my wedding dinner and the hotel demanded for 70% of the total cost.

Although I signed on the last page of the contract and fax it over, I did not really pay attention to the rest.

Can anyone advise me whether the contract is still binding if i nv signed on all the pages? I am really hoping to avoid paying 70% of the cost and hope that i have a case to fight for.

Think it is quite hard to fight for such things, especially since you signed a contract.

You might want to post a thread to let go of your date and venue to another couple. It is a faster and simpler option to recoup your losses.

Thks shuyen. Just having a thought that since i nv signed on very page, is there a chance that I can avoid paying the 70% as requested. I have tried selling it off, but not successful because the date is too near.
