In general, I'm happy with Uncle Soon's work. Although there were delays here and there but he handed the house to me on time and rectified all that was meant to be rectified. However this is not my thread and I don't wish to steal this thread which is why I hardly replied the rest. Only because you asked for someone who has also used Uncle then I replied.
