Dear Master Tong
Kindly advise me for dates after June 2011, are there any good dates for marriage (annual dinner with signing of certificate on the same day). I am looking at weekend, prefer sunday.
Groom: Rat (1984)
Groom dad: Monkey
Groom Mum: Rat
Bride: Cow (1985)
Bride dad: Cow
Bride Mum: Rabbit

Which mth are you looking at?
By the way, for renovation dates, the direction of the house has to be taken into consideration. This is VERY important as a bad date can cause negaive feng shui impact to your house. A good tong shu date is insufficient and 90% of the time,it will be wrong (coz the tong shu does not take into consideration the direction of the house and the couples birth data).
And you cannot take the direction yourself as it has to be taken using a luo pan and also the proper way to determine the facing of the house.
In any cas, if you still want to do it the tong shu way, let me know roughly when (which month) you want to carry out both activites. All the animal signs for ALL the occupants staying in the house needs to be provided too.

The tong shu for 2011 is not out yet,so i can't provide you with general tong shu dates for 2011. It will be out sometime in July/Aug 2010. The only way and accurate way to do it now will be using Bazi to select.

Hi Jessica,
30th Oct 2010 is not a general tong shu auspicious date. It clash to Goat, which is none of you. If the date is compatible with both your Bazi, it can still be used and considered a good date.

Your elderly is right. Your cannot attend each other's wedding. By right, siblings should not get married on the same year. If you really must, some 'cheat' by doing it in different calendar years AND at least 3 months apart. 3 months before and after your wedding, you cannot attend other's wedding, funerals or child birth. Same for your bro. which is why your cannot attend each other's wedding..

Guess we would need to go the Tong Shu way.
It is for renovating master toilet.
The months would be Oct and Nov as we are getting married in Jan.
Also, good date and time for fixing ceiling fan and also curtain rods (weekend if possible)in Nov or Dec 2009. Can be different or same day. Date to be after renovation (approx 10 days) although if need, we can do them concurrently.
Couple occupying the house would be : Rooster and Snake

starfrost/pinkglove: hi there...I don't think there's anything you can do other than to avoid going to their wedding unless you don't mind having a clash ('chong xi'). They are getting married themselves too, so I'm sure they will understand.

I select all dates using Bazi, not Tong Shu. Using bazi to select dates does not require you to wait for tong shu to come out. Bazi date selection are dates that are selected specifically good for both of you only, and no one else. Tong Shu date selection is for mass consumption only and most of the time, it is not accurate coz it did not take both your Bazi into consideration.
So for those couples you know already booking for 2011 dates, most likely they got their dates selected via this method. And yes, by the time the tong shu is out nexr year July/Aug period, it will be too late to book 2011 dates..most likely only a few dates are left.

For Oct 2010 weekends, only 23rd Oct is a general tong shu good date for wedding, but this date clash with Rat, so you cannot use it as it is your mum's zodiac signs.
U may want to change your month to wed or do it on weekdays.

Hi master tong, thanks! i have a clearer picture now. So i may go to you for the wedding packge sometime around Jan - Mar next yr since i prefer the more accurate method which is using the bazhi.
so what should we bring along during the consult?
Your package comes with a ROM date, i dont need this as i prefer signing the marriage agreement on the same day. This is possible?

This date will clash to Monkey, which is the groom, so this date is not advisable for ROM.
7th Jan 2010 will be the nearest date to your original date you can use. It is a general good day and don't clash to any of you (clash to Pig).
