you cant determine from those sites. u need to know a bit about bazi or feng shui to determine.
30/11 is Po Yue (meaning that is a snake day, and clashes to the Pig month Nov), hance bad date for wedding
13/12 is even worse. Coz that is Po Yue + Sui Po (meaning that is a Horse day clashes to Rat month Dec, PLUS month of December is Rat month clashes to Horse Year (not a good month).

You have to do it before 7th lunar mth as after 7th mth is very near. the latest date before 7th mth will be 4th Aug.

I think you mentioned somewhere that if a new house does not have good Qi, there is nothing much can be done till we moved a new house.
Like to check:
1. does the good Qi depend on the house or our bazi as well? If it's solely depending on the house, if my house has bad "Qi", does all the neighbours above or below me with exact same floor plan etc have the same bad "Qi"?
2. Is 4th floor bad for Feng Shui?
3. Is open concept kitchen generally bad for fengshui or have to depend on bazi? If it is bad, will doing a open concept wet/dry kitchen be better? Where stove and sink are enclosed in the wet kitchen with sliding glass door (this glass door will be closed when cooking, open at all other time, is it still bad for fengshui like open concept kitchen?
4. If I am getting my keys around end of July, just before hungry ghost month. I have to report defects to HDB say in 7days, HDB rectify the defect during hungry ghost month, is it considered renovation since we are not supposed to renovate during hungry ghost month in general. Is it ok that i still collect my keys as at end July and let them fix the defects during hungry ghost month or should I change my key collection till after hungry ghost month?

Solely on the house first. If the house is bad, who stay also bad, just how bad. And that depends on bazi and also if the bad qi affects who more. If good, then we can fine how good using bazi. Every house is different. So if your house is bad, we cannot assume neighbour above or next to you is bad. It doesnt work that way. Your neighbour house above you haunted doesnt mean yours is haunted right?

No. that is crap. 8th floor can be bad feng shui too if the direction and floor plan etc all wrong
and vice versa. There is nothing wrong with 4 or 13. So long as direction , floor plan etc is correct, the qi can still be good

it really depends on the house layout/kitchen floor plan. ideally we want an enclosed kitchen area so that we can place the stove in the correct sector. So will have to see your house to decide.

you have no choice. HDB doesnt care abt 7th mth! so long as your own reno by contractor start after 7th mth will do.

Yes this is true not pantang. You cannot move house or Reno the house during pregnancy as the Qi will change when u move hse or Reno and this is dangerous if you are pregnant (u know what I mean). Of course not everyone will get it, but better be safe than sorry. So the best is till wait till after delivery then move in as no matter what measures you take, the risk is still there.

My boyfriend and I were given a solemnization timing of 1 to 3pm on 5th June 14.
However it would be a mad rush for us as the gate-crash would only start at 9.30am.
We would like to seek for your valued advice if 5th June evening would be a good timing for our solemnization as well?

The tong Shu for 2014 will only be out in ard sept this yr. so I can only check then after it is out. Right now only way Is using bazi to select.

Is this calculated by a feng Shu master using both your bazi? If yes, you have to go back to him to check with him for later rom timing. As those timings are calculated based on both your bazi

My god brother's wedding is on 14 Dec 2013. I would very much like to attend his wedding without jeopardizing mine.
