I just have my ROM in March this year. Can I go to my fren wedding in May? I won't be attending her dinner,as I understand there is a window period of 3 months. Can I just meet her and pass her the red packet? Morever, She just discovered that she having Twins babies, will they be affected?

13th Jan 2012 is a "Po ri", a very bad date for wedding. Not sure why they choose this date! And there is no need to provide bro's birthday as well.

Rooster clashes to Rabbit, hence even for ROM, by right this yr is not suitable as ROM is still a marraige If really no choice (eg need the cert for HDB etc), then we can only choose a good/best date within the year to do it using Bazi, as tong shu method is way too generic to do so. Bazi can also help you decide which yr, Rabbit or Dragon, is better to use for your ROM. tong shu method cannot determine this.

Jan 2012 is still the Rabbit yr and it clashes to Rooster, which is the bride, hence not a good yr for marriage. 2012 dragon yr will be better.

Normally no one holds wedding during the 15 days of CNY

only 4/9 is a general good date and don't clash anyone (clash Dragon). Siblings not counted. we only factor in parents and both of you.

Is Bazi calculation of the ideal wedding date much more accurate than Tong Shu? My Gf and I is planning to get married in 2012 but is not sure of which method to use to choose wedding date?
Or Should I use both? Or Bazi is more than enough? Can advise on which are the ideal dates for ROM in 2011 and Customary in 2012...

So long as both of you are not born in Dog yr, that will do. No need to consider if the yr clashes to parents

The 2012 tong shu is not out yet, hence i can only check for you general tong shu dates after Jul/Aug period as it will be out ard that time. The only way to do it now will be using Bazi to select and to be frank, when the tong shu is out, most good weekends date will be gone (maybe left some only, but usually it will be pretty hard to book dates then, esp for popular hotels

There is NO such thing!!! So don't worry. Most pple get married with ROM and Customary on same day and happily married ( at least 80% of my clients)

Actually i find it amusing as this is the first time i heard of such thing!

Hi Wilson.

Yes Bazi calculations of wedding date override tong shu. tong shu is not accurate and is meant for mass consumption only. Bazi dates are personalised to both of you, so just to make sure that day is good for both. But tong shu assumes if that day is good, then the whole world is good? We are know by logic that this is not possible. Take for eg, tong shu says today is a good day for Dog. Does it meant all Dog will be lucky on this day? Not possible! Some earn millions, some go bankrupt on the same day! How do we explain these? It's all in your bazi. In brief, if a date is compatible with your bazi,it is deemed as an auspicious day, and vice versa.

Btw, bride is born rooster yr, hence 2011 is not a good yr for ROM and Rabbit yr clashes with Rooster. Best to do all in 2012. But the tong shu for 2012 is not out yet till Jul/Aug this yr, hence if you looking at only general dates, you have to wait till it is out before i can check for you.

How about 6th May 2012 for rat (groom), Dog (bride)?

I was told that 6th April is auspicious date and 6th May is inauspicious date but there are some many other issues to consider that all these become confusing.

5th May 2012 clashes to Monkey, hence cannot be used as one of your parents is Monkey.

The 2012 tong shu is not out yet, will only b out in Jul/Aug period, hence the only way to select now will be using Bazi to select, which i had already done so for many clients. by time the tong shu is out, most of the weekend dates for most hotels will be gone.

Can check with you if my ROM on 4 Sept 2011, and after the rom, can i visit my fren's baby who is just 3mth old. The baby 1st mth celebration is in June.
I know that we cannot attend baby's first mth or another wedding 3 mths before and after our rom. but if is just visiting the baby after the first month, is it ok? or do i have to wait till 4 dec 2011 then i can visit my fren's baby?
