I really feel forum people (really thankful) gave me more answers than the staff there HAHA she either say 1) I have to check with supervisor 2) The coordinator afterwards will follow up within weeks to assist you /: In the end I just google for amswers! But then thumbs up to their hospitality, no aloft services! And yes parking is an issue (staff asked me dont let guests be late lor eerrr dont think I can control) And they will take up to months to process before a coordinator contacts us you can actually request for the ballroom of your choice (of course depending on the max number of tables possible). Mine is the roselle junior ballroom. my coordinator was telling e that min. tables is 20, but she kept asking on the max possible number of tables that i will be having (without promising on a number) because she wants to give me the best ball room possible. So I told her definitely won't exceed 28, hence the junior ball room
Now I feel the salesperson just want me to take up the "lousier" ballrooms first... She refused to open up level 4 for us, one moment she says fully booked then another moment says cannot open or got events, but when we asked her what events, she cannot answer at all. Unlikely fully booked cuz still got like 20mths... NOW I'M QUITE ANGRY!! Is it true that only min. 40 tables then will qualify for the bigger ballrooms? What if I have 38 39 tables. I did walk around and talk to some MBS staff preparing other ballrooms for D&D on that day, and they said Junior ballroom will be squeezy for my case because i have to take into considerations of the stage, 2 projectors and red carpet. But my salesperson INSISTED junior ballrooms work for my case and I chose to believer her cuz she's the salesperson If 28 tables is max for roselle junior ballroom, then won't 38 39 be too much for the same size ballroom diff from what i heard that day He 's super patient and really answered my questions well and gave me much more insights lor. Luckily I emailed them and they just called me instantly OMG thumbs up to this service hehe straightaway he offered me level 4 main ballroom

My coordinator was Zi Ling and she has been patient and rather flexible in handling my requests. They gave us a big changing room. The decor done up by June Florist was amazing! I got a real surprise when I stepped into the ballroom because the decor turned out nicer than expected. The banquet managers were really helpful. They asked us if we needed water seeing that we were nervous about our first march in. One of the female banquet managers kept helping me to pull my wedding dress to make it convenient for me to walk. They also ensured that our solemnzation ceremony went smoothly by helping me to set up my decor, cert and vows. They also brought the fish and scallop to the changing room while we were preparing for our 2nd march in. They were really a big help. The suite was wonderful too and we enjoyed 2 nights' stay in it. We were treated like kings and queens during the staycation and the privileges were great. Zero regrets for choosing MBS for my big day.
