Male health problem concern

Hi everyone! see, my partner n i are facing a problem and i would like to check in for some advice.
it happened only rather recently, say just last month that i realized he has been having trouble ejaculating or even feeling pleasure during sex. at first i thought it was me or my body, but it took him a lot of courage to open up and reassured me and tell me tt he feels something is not right with his "function" but he's afraid of heading to the doctor alone.

so we spoke about it and i probed him further to understand what he was experiencing and he explained tt he did some research and he believes he has this thing called tight foreskin?? it always cause him discomfort whenever it "rolls backwards". he's not too keen on seeing a doctor but i feel its getting a little too problematic but i'm not sure if this is a cause, or could there be other factors? we're both in our early 20s. it seems to be getting increasingly problematic. Is anyone else or couple experiencing the same situation? thank you very much

Sounds like the foreskin is too tight? Or not enough lubricat?

Alternatively, try viagra but do read a bit first cos there are side effects.

hi! thanks for the replies! he's not circumcised.. this only seems to happen when he uses a condom and we've tried a few different ones but it always happen. hmmm
i'm wondering do i bring him to a normal gp for consultation first or would it be better if i bring him straight to the hospital? is my resident gynae ok?

Hi Andee, does it help if your partner does not use the condom? If yes, maybe you can consider using other types of contraceptives like BCP or jab.

By the way, I doubt the gynae could help but no harm phoning him/her up and ask for advice or check if he/she could see your partner's condition.

If you decide to approach a specialist right away, go to a Urologist. Urology treats the male reproductive system.
