Hi ladies,
I engaged Jeannie to do my makeover for ROM over the weekend, and I am very happy with the look she created for me! I loved the hair style she create, and my guests all complimented that it was good. Importantly the makeup also lasted the day. I also intend to use her services for my AD.
In my opinion, she did a great job and she is friendly too. I would recommend her!

Hi all,

had Jeannie did my ROM makeup on June 15. Took her ROM package $200 which included hand bouquet. The bouquet is lovely consisted of abt 20 white roses, my guests coplimented on it. Matched with my gown.
Most importantly her make-up is natural and make me look flawless. My guests commented how my make-up stand out from the others at the ROM building. Enhances one's facial looks and the colours are not that bright and gaudy. Definitely recommended to others, in fact I intend to approach her for my AD make-up. Very freindly, know what she's doing as she had many years of experience. Also a nice to chat during the make-up process.

Well..... sad to say I am very disappointed with Jeannie's service. She done my ROM makeup and I am not satisfy with her makeup & service.

She put too much cosmetics on me and most of my guest commended I look so OLD & not nature.... She just simply makeup for me cuz she has another appointed after me. When the very 1st time I called her, she said she need about 2-2.5 hrs to finish my makeup & hairdo, at the end, she only use 1.5 hrs to finish all these. She was late for half an hr for my appt.

My best friend engaged Jeannie last month. I don't like her makeup. She discussed with my fren, said she will do natural makeup for her, but it didn't turn out nice leh. I feel she should have pointed out to my fren what she mean by natural, use what eyeshadow colour, made my fren's eye makeup very puffy leh. I remember my own makeup artist from muashertan.multiply, she brings along a book she complied with all her client's photos and examples of hairdo. So I know what she mean by natural. (But she is expensive.

) So just a guide for all BTBs, pls make your makeup artist show you examples, if not sure got misunderstanding.

I just engaged Jeannie for my ROM. overall, pretty happy with her makeup & hair-do skills & her flower bouquet. it was just the right degree of thickness to suit my venue which was a little dim. she was punctual for the appointment. used only about 1.5 hours to complete everything.

I agree. I had my ROM on 1st Mar and she did my MU and hair. Extremely pleased with her skills. She patiently explained some stuff when I asked what are the ampoules for and things like that. She is friendly as well.

All my friends and families love the MU and hair. & in my pics, I look as though I didn't put much make up and my face glows. Hope to engage her for my customary wedding. My mum is also keen to let her do MU for her in my customary weddings.

Most impt is that you communicate and don't be afraid to ask what suits you, what don't. That's what I did! =)

i have to differ the many good remarks of her. i have yet to see her skills as mentioned, but yes, thats the thing.. it is TO GET TO HER. emails, sms, calls were never replied nor answered. Her website booking is down. Called and finally found her.. to only hear place deposit to secure date. After deposit and a 'thank you' reply.... no receipt, no contract, no answer, several questions unanswered, no more emails, no more sms... i everything blur blur after a month.

now.. i dunno if she will run away with my deposit not.
