My husband and I were shopping for a one-stop solution for our wedding. This includes the wedding suits and gowns, photo shoot, the wedding album and the makeup. After going through several choices in terms of gowns range, price and service, we decided to go with Graceful Image at Tan Quee Lan Street.
Gowns selection and Accessories
The choices were wide, ranging from simple elegant designs to elaborated ostentatious choices. There were many choices for colours, fabric materials and weights. There were also many selection of accessories that goes very well with their gowns.
Service
The staff were friendly and very accommodative. There were many mix and match scenarios to go through over colurs, design, accessories, cutting and fabric materials. The pre-sales experience was pleasant. The overall experience was a smooth and hassle free one as we were well guided and narrowed down the choices.
Package pricing
The pricing was very reasonable. I would say that their price is certainly very competitive(and attractive) as despite these years of our up-rising living standards and inflation rate.
They were flexible in customizing the package as there were some items that we don't need from the package. They were generous in replacing items that would interest us or are more practical for us. So, win-win situation for us.
Gowns fitting
Accommodative in terms of schedule. Positive experience in the whole fitting process. Micro adjustments were made and staff offered constructive suggestions which were very practical for us.
Photo shoot
We were given the option of choosing our preferred outdoor locations. There were several helpful suggestions thrown in along the way to help us plan out the route, the type of gowns and the logistics. The photographer was a pleasant and very patient man, offered constructive suggestions to help us relax our poses and get more desirable shots. Though we had several outdoor locations to shoot at, the overall experience was fulfilling and yet not pushy.
Photo selection
If there are any complaints, here's where it is ! There are simply too many lovely shots that we would love to have. And that made the photo selection a very tough and deliberating one. Nevertheless, they have been accommodative to let us take our time to choose the candidate photographs. For obvious reasons, we would have taken everything but for equally obvious reasons, we can't afford to do that.
Logistics
Finally, the collection of gowns and accessories was simple and straightforward. The return arrangement was flexible as well.
A very pleasant experience and excellent service that the team (Judy, Meagan, Mr Tan & Sandy) have put together to make every couple feels at ease and be on their very best at that special important day ! Highly recommended for all to-be wedding couples !
