Dear all,
I am really desperate in losing weight healthily and dun wish to take pills or spend alot on slimming centres.
Of cos one of the way is to lose weight thru exercising...tedious exercising...but perhaps I would like to start thru my diet first.
Alot of online sites show those low calorie plan but most of it seems to be quite hard to follow...like roast beef which due to religion, i can prepared it at home. So I would like to see anyone got any 'local' food calorie meal plan where I can buy easily from supermarket or food court where I can eat...can share with me here?
-.-

Hee...I guess no one likes the old and slow way of dieting..

So far for 2 days, I lost about 1kg...so I guess it should be water lost ba...anyway I am still happy about it.
This concept is similar to NTUC 3-days diet in the past where thy provide the ingredients for 3 days' meals. It's low in calories and hence the weight lost.
I am doing it using my friend's calorie chart + some tips from a friend who signed up at a local gym (private instructor + meal plans) for almost $4k and lost 10kgs in 6 months.

Now I would like to see anyone who would like to join me to lose weight healthly without spending so much...lets motivate each other together!
