I have also only lost 3kg after finishing round 1. Not continuing cos i find it real hard to stick with their diet plan, cos only certain veg and meat is allowed. I started off not being a "meat" person, so by asking me to just take meat and veg, i feel really nausea, but by just taking veg without meat, is not enuff to last till the next meal. Practically thru out the 3 weeks, i only eat fish, sometimes beef. I don't take seafood cos of allegic. With a toddler with me, it is almost impossible to cook, so very often i got to tabao.
no doubt that i only lost 3 kg, but my fat percentage reduced about 3%, tummy and tigh went down too. Guess that if keep to the food plan, we would be able to maintain. A recent trip back from hk gained another 1kg...
when i didnt really eat alot!
i really wish sucess to all in this plan. I do believe that this works, but mayb not really for me! jia you ladies!
