Dear all,

I really need your help to consolidate a list of IDs or Contractors that you know who can help me achieve a good and budgeted expenditure. Really almost financially depleted soon. Looking at ard 8K for the below requirement. I am staying with parents in 4-Room Flat. Main focus will be refurbishing the Masterbed Room and its toilet (1 & 2 as priority) plus others stated below:

here's Joanne... I had a very reliable ID cum Contractor to recommend to you.

Her name is Shirley. She is a very nice lady. She don't mind earning as little as few hundred dollars. She just willing to help young couples who got budget to have their dreams home.

Now my house renovation and most of my forum friends, was renovated by Shirley Tan. She is a very nice lady. She got alot of refers client. So far, been years we refers client to her, no one even complaint about her. But praise that she is a very responsible and produce good service person. Her company workmanship also very good. Design also very unique.

I don't know whether the others forum friends got tight budget renovating their flats. But for me, yes... I got very very tight budget. I really thanks Shirley alot for helping me through this. During renovation, i was busy with my work stuffs, she can even update me daily. I am very impress and maybe lucky to have a designer cum contractor like her. I take this opportunity to recommend her to you. I believe no matter how tight your budget is, as long as not below cost, Shirley definitely will help you. No harm getting more quotation...

If you dun mind a contractor-based, I can recommend mine to you too. A responsible and patient man. Friendly and easy going makes him comfortable to talk to.
Most important of all, his workmanship is superb and he does all the coordinating himself.
His quote is very reasonable. He usually don't charge me extra by asking for an additional shelves or two.

Dear all

I got a new 4rm flat at 85sqm and looking at doing e following:
homo tiles n skirting at living/dining, 3 bedrooms, store
15ft kit cabinet wi legs, 10ft solid table top
painting for whole hse
aluminium grilles for windows
platform at living room, master bedroom

around how much would be a reasonable price?

hi, would just like to let any new people seeing this post know that i tried getting Shirley's contact from the ppl before me on this thread, but didn't get a response. so unfortunately, i don't have shirley's contacts either.

I engaged Blink23. The ID is very experienced and suggest realistic design. I get to see the 3d diagrams before I sign on the dotted line and I do not have to pay a single cent beforehand. If interested, can pm me for contact and you can just meet up and compare with others

I would like to get a customized wardrobe, TV console and a dressing table for my temporary room. But not willing to spend too much as i will not be staying there for long.

Does anyone here have any good recommended contractors for doing these 3 items?

Strategic Design at Ubi - DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS RENOVATION COMPANY
ID is a liar! Everything is possible and smooth sailing before signing the contract/invoice. Their service and attitude change after the signature. Just to name a few how bad their service was: Poor workmanship, Lousy service,Bad Painting & Poor Materials/Parts

Str*tegic D*sign at Ubi advertised their service on 18 jul and 23 may 2008. promising well train supervisor, handover on time, good materials, etc. these are all b*llsh*t, all lies...they took 3-4 months to handover to us. and furthermore, we need to push n push for it then they handover. otherwise, all the reno work will be stagnant. the supervisor M*lvin T*n is worst! never even bother to come and look at the progress till we complain to him. painting was not done and wanted to handover to us. pen ink can still be seen all around the place. good material is also another lie. my tiles colour is starting to fade within 4 months..and they charge extremely high, no lowest price at all. do not be cheated by all their gimmicks!!!
And why they have a brand new showroom because they close down another branch which they can?t afford to maintain. In fact their business is not good therefore, they will charge very high. They used to have financial issues which can checked out with their boss Jos*ph
