Letting go regent hotel for march 2015

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I'm letting go my wedding dinner at regent hotel on 21 March 2015. Min 16 table, max 18 tables. The package I gotten is pretty attractive and I have paid a $6k deposit.

I have spoke to the sales coordinator about it and she is comfortable if there's a need to change the date within the month of march.
