Hi schnauzie,

I'm using both day and night, I must say it's good.. my skin is dehydrated on cheek area, and T-zone a bit oily. But it is not suitable for very oily or acne prone skin. May be you can request some sample from your beautician to try first?

hi all

i have calculated using both strawberrynet.com and dermalbeaute, and realised that strawberrynet is cheaper after comparing to the 20-25% off from dermalbeaute!

25% is for purchases up to $800?

Hi whiteveil,

Yes...i have heard my friends talking about it too but i am not comfortable with website ordering so till now, i still get from dermal beaute.

Hi diamond42,

I agree, as one of my friend had a bad experience with online order, she has received the item that was expired, and she could not get the refund for that. I also purchased from dermal beaute, so far no problem as they handled the delivery themselves.

Hi Whiteveil,

Dont you need to pay first when purchase online? They also want you to collect payment first, rite? How do you get them to refund you if product has problem? Pls advice us also.

Hi all,

URGENT! URGENT!

Anyone have used my membership number for trial and package sign up before, can kindly provide me the following asap? My email is [email protected]

1. Your name
2. Your membership No.
3. The outlet you have sign up for the package.

LD compasspoint is doing a verification on my membership number and requested me to provide the details for those who have used my membership number.

Would really appreciate if any of you can let me know asap.

Hi, I just signed with LD as well. Initially I went to ask about these white lumpy thing under my eyes and the lady there, Ester (I think she's the head at centrepoint branch) had a look at it and said it's not oil puff and suggested I go to a specialist instead and left it at that, unlike this other place I went to b4 where they insist that they're oil clogs and wanted me to sign a laser package thing which cost nearly $800!

I liked the sevice from Ester so I decided to go for a trial which turned out great. I have really sensitive skin and she's very gentle and doesn't do any pushing and said it's up to me whether I want to take up the eye mask as well.

But near the end of the service, this other lady came to remove my mask and kept telling me her name and asked me to look for her next time. She kept introducing me to their Passion programme which is like $2100 but I really don't understand what she's saying so I wasn't interested and went for the normal package instead. She kept pushing me to take up the package consistently though.

Instead of the actual price of $810 for the package, she told me it's $750 and it comes with the kit free. Didn't mention anything about the member card or any detail like that. And also said that since I'm a new member, she can give me 15% discount but I will not be entitled to the freebies. I went for the freebies and paid the $750, left the place. And about 20 mins later, she called me and said she made a mistake and wanted me to go back and topup my package! I went back and she said she made a mistake into thinking that the promo is $750 for the package which is really supposed to be minium of $750 gets you the freebies. I was annoyed but paid the $60, asked about the 15% discount thing and she said it's only for HSBC card instead of the newbie thing! I was so pissed off! She then said I will be entitled to the discount if I introduce members and asked me to sign a form for my membership card. So does that mean that if I never asked, I wouldn't even get my membership card? She then inform me that with this card, I can have my facial from all other LD branch. Is it true what she said? I really can't trust what she has been telling me now.

Does anyone have any recommendation to good therapist at LD? I really don't want to end up with her again. She's quite rough on the skin when she remove the mask.

Hi Diamond, looks like u are a great fan of LD? If i remember right, have came across u mention that the Boxil eye cream is very good? Did i remember right? Have always wanted to cure my dark circles and lines under the eyes... do you think it will help? especially to cure or preventing any more new lines... hee..hee...Btw, I've got millaseeds, so if too oily, i may have problem. Also, how much is the cream?

Anyone got feedback on the eye cream?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Geraldine,

I had been with LD since last year .... but my face seem to get worse instead of better ... they asked me to try the pore refining treatment instead of my current ultrasensitive

Hi freaky,

Suggest you lodge a complaint via their customer service and changed to another branch. Otherwise, you would end up unhappy afterall. Centerpoint branch i heard is quite pushy with sales due to the location but i not sure true or not.

Hi Jen Ruh,

Yes, i am a great fan of LD becos really seen improvement on my skin and also they helped me with a few rounds of allergies.

Yes...i loved the Bioxil eye cream..i cannot said that it work 100% but it do really work in lightening dark eye circles and fine lines.

yuki,
i broke out when i tried the pore refining..think its becoz it is a more indepth extraction than the ultra sensitive which i normally take.

Hi diamond42,

do u mind tell me which sunblock u are using? Derma got how many types of sunblock, SPF? Is it tinted?

Besides the Boxil eye cream, which other derma products you think is effective?

Thanks so much!

diamond42, I'm planning to switch to another branch but not sure if they'll let me do that. I've not started my package yet. I just don't want to get my facial done by the same lady again cos she doesn't seem to know what she's doing. May I know which branch and therapist you're with?

How long does it take for the membership card to arrive? It's been over a week and still no sight of it yet.

Hi Yuki,

hehe I just called them up and was told that they have ran out of stock for the cards which is why I didn't get any. Also, if anyone wants to know, we're able to go to any outlets for the facial, it doesn't have to be the one we signed up for.

hmm...not too sure if they've changed it but the lady told me that it depends on the package you have taken up. Some doesn't allow you to try another outlets whereas some aren't resticted.

hi Yuki, you'll have to call up to check if the package you took up allows you to go to another branch. If yes, what they will do is fax your particulars to the branch you're going to so they know all your details.

Hi freaky,

thanks. i will call them up to check ....so if everything i go to a new branch then have to inform them in advance?

no too sure if you need to inform them in advance...maybe you can mention that you're from another branch when you call up to make an appointment?

Hi Jen Ruh,

i am using the sunblock boaster. I prefer that becos not oily. Bioxil products other than the circle vanish, i am using clear white essential too. Effective!

Hi Yuki, I took my package from the Centrepoint branch. It's the Ultra-sensitive one which is so expensive but no choice =[

Hi diamond, thanks but Compasspoint a bit too far for me. I stay in the west so town is the best option.

Hi Yuki,

I have to say their facial is really good. I can see a big difference after the first trip. My skin is quite dehyrated from the aircon and it's much better now. Not sure if it's also because I'm using this face oil thing I got from there too. I'm going for my second treatment tomorrow hehe

Is it true that for first timer, you get 20% off your package? I just receive a newsletter from them and it says that first program you sign up with them gets you 20% discount and 2 free eye treatment (with a min of $810) but I didn't receive anything. The lady who attented to me said it's only for HSBC cardholder... Seems like they don't really sell what they advertise for...

Hi all,

I am new to this thread and like to check with u all what package you all have and how much did u all pay? i have black heads on my nose and big pore on my right cheek, thinking to go their causeway pt branch, any comment?

Hi peach,

There's a few different package you can choose from and the therapist there will advise you on which to take. You can get from info from their site http://www.leonarddrake.com.sg/website/services/facial.html

I'm currently taking the Ultra Sensitive package at $810. For new customer, you get 20% off now. Not sure when the promo will end. They are quite fully booked during weekends so you might want to call them to make an appointment a week in advance or so.

Hi Yuki,

Clear white essence is to fade dark spots, blemishes and improve skin tone naturally.

Hi Peach,

$810 is for 5 + 1 session.

Hi Schnauzie,

I have did the upper body massage but i dont find it excellent, just a normal aromatherapy body massage so i did not sign up for that.

But the bright eye care treatment is excellent!
