It is actually quite a small sample. but enough for like maybe a week supply... i never try before to go in and take smaple. normally it is after my facial and they will intro new pdts to me. and normally i would ask for sample first before buying a products.

I actually bought quite a few products from them. the basic one like facial wash, toner, moisturiser and masque. My face is also sensitive. They will based on your face and intro u the prdt that r suitable for u. I suggest u use sample since ur face is sensitive. It is hefty to buy all at one go. but r u their member already?

For Compasspoint outlet, i never encountered hardsell at all. That means no product recommendation/ no package recommendation.

In fact, i have to ask them monthly during my facial what is the best current promotion. So i am not sure why you will be asked on the eye treatment.

Just be firm and tell them you don't want to do eye treatment. Don't have to worry about telling them NO because it is your $$$. :0

This dermalbeaute lady give 20% off dermalogica products. She does facial at home but she stays in Tampines which is very far for me so i still stick to LD.

She does delivery for certain areas as long as your purchase is $200 and above.

Always go and ask for samples even if you are not buying any product from them. Because most of the LD staffs know that dermalogica products are pricey so they always ready to give samples as long as you dont ask for too many.

If you still encountered breakout, go back to the branch and look for Jocelyn. For me sometimes after facial, the next day will have a little breakout but then it seldom happened. So if yours continue, go back and seek consultation.

I had went back to LD eariler and was attended by another lady. She mentioned that it may be either due to the product i am using or due to the sensitivity of the skin to the facial.
She gave me some sample to use but think it can last a few days only.

But she advised me to go for facial once every week to help to improve the skin faster. Previously Joceyln advised me to go only every 3 weeks.

If i am going once every week then i be broke soon ....no more $$$

hi yuki, i havent ordered yet but corresponded with them via email on some enquires but they r prompt and very pleasant abt it. you can check with diamond42 or other gals ard here and other forums, quite a few of them been ordering from them for years. but the thing is there r only 2 orders a mth so u do not get the product immediately so don wait till u drained up ur supply then order.

For the combination skin trial pack, they have the skin smoothing cream IF i don;t remembered wrongly becos i only bought once 2 years back.

Yup, i using different cleaning solution for day n night. Moisturizer i am using Laneige Water bank essence which i find it is more suitable to my skin.
