Hi Raymond and milktea, I haven't sent an official email/letter to them to inform them of our displeasure of their service yet so I do not want to name the coordinator here. If you want to know the details, please do PM me.
But suffice to say that my coordinator wasn't pro-active enough, we sent her emails and she replies them a couple of weeks later (not on her own but after we chased her with more emails).
TOwards the date of our wedding banquet, we sent her confirmations about the dinner seating arrangement etc, but some of the information was not relayed to the banquest manager and hence on the night itself, we had to settle some last minute issues as the banquet manager said he had no idea those changes were made.
Other than the communication part which you need to put a lot of effort into, I guess the ambience was really good. I loved the girls who were helping to pull open the door as they tried to made you feel comfortable/less nervous, the banquet manager did do a good job in coordinating the night's events. So yep, do admit their ballroom is fantastic - all my friends said so. Basically, if you want your dinner at Intercon, you have to be very on the ball with the communication part and precise to the dot with the instructions you want the coordinator to know. Hope the above helps
Good luck to all who are planning for their wedding now! It's going to be tiring, but do hang in there k!
