Agree with this, since it will depend on the results you want. I'm familiar with Dr Leo because my friend had surgery with him before, and I can say he's skilled. To have V-shaped face I think surgery is better? But if you want minimal changes, you can try fillers.

Yeah always the big question, surgery vs fillers. I go to Dr Daniel Chang, and I can say his fillers are natural and near painfree. But of course, for a great transformation, nothing beats surgery.
