The command tags here for coloured text is as follows:

\red{TEXT}

The available colours are: red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue, purple, white, gray and black.

For combination of both tags, it would \b{\red{TEXT}}

If you meant incluing a URL in your message, all you need to do is type out the web address including the http:// portion and it'll automatically be an active link.
